The Chevallum Industrial Park is a new exciting industrial precinct with its own planning provisions allowing for many as of right land uses as well as a broader range of code assessable land uses.

Chevallum Industrial Park has had significant infrastructure services laid including water supply, sewerage, wetlands, parks and roads.

Through the planning process an Infrastructure Credit shall be attracted to the lots by the council which is approximately $28,335.90 (subject to change). Confirmation of the exact amount for each lot can be obtained from the council at a fee of just $200 although we would recommend contact Cameron Adams of Adams + Sparks Town Planning

Town Planners, Adams + Sparkes Town Planning, have been a pivotal part of the approval process for the estate and have an extensive knowledge in regards to land uses that are acceptable or prohibited.
